Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a hands‑on Senior Project Manager to lead construction and system‑integration projects in the Middle East, primarily in Kuwait. The role supports the Programme Director, overseeing design development, construction readiness, installation and acceptance while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects and workstreams, maintaining focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and customer outcomes.
• Maintain project governance, including delivery reviews, action tracking, decision logs, escalation routes and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate integrated planning, schedules, milestones, critical paths, RAID, change control and delivery forecasts.
• Act as design manager/coordinator, overseeing ICP design consultant deliverables, design reviews, comment close‑out and approvals.
• Ensure construction and design activities comply with Kuwait health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex construction and system‑integration projects, preferably multi‑site programmes.
• Experience working with in‑country partners, design consultants, government/regulatory stakeholders and local subcontractors in the Middle East or similar environments.
• Ability to review contractor programmes, identify schedule risk and translate issues into practical site actions.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, integrated planning, RAID management and commercial delivery.
