Civil Supervisor – Ahmadi, Kuwait

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing construction and maintenance activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and maintenance operations, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules, budgets and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct inspections, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage site resources, including materials, equipment and workforce.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance supervision.
• Valid Kuwait professional license.
• Approved by KNPC, KOC or KIPIC.
• Ready to join immediately.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction methods and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
