Civil Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities on civil engineering projects. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on civil works and related mechanical installations.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.
• Review and approve work plans, drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with K-Company approvals and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Either a 3-year engineering diploma with a minimum of eight years of civil construction experience, or a 4-year engineering bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent English – speaking, reading and writing.
• Proven experience in civil construction projects; experience with substation projects is a plus.
• Ability to provide verification documents such as approval certificates.

Required skills

• Knowledge of civil construction methods and standards.

• Understanding of substation project requirements.
