Client Advisor – Watches & Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury watches and jewelry retail team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure a premium shopping experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and personalized guidance to customers in the store.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watches or jewelry.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage.
• Build and maintain a VIP customer database and follow up regularly.
• Keep the store tidy, restock shelves, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets.
• Stay informed about promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably watches and jewelry, with a focus on VIP customers.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
