Client Advisor (Watches & Jewelry)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join our luxury watches and jewelry boutique. In this customer‑facing position you will deliver exceptional service, guide shoppers through our product range and help drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
• Build and maintain a database of VIP clients, ensuring regular follow‑up.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, restock merchandise and create attractive displays.
• Process sales accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
• Stay informed on promotions, new collections and product launches.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably watches or jewelry, with a focus on VIP customer service.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
