About the role
ZAD is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join its on‑site call centre in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. This full‑time position involves managing client relationships through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from clients.
- Provide accurate information, answer queries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to rotating shift schedules, with a morning‑only shift option for female staff.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a local accent for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work five days a week, eight hours per day, in a rotating shift environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
