Client Support Administrator

About the role

ITA International seeks a Client Support Administrator to join its team in Kuwait. The role provides critical IT and security support to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron and other United States Air Force bases throughout the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Backup and restore hard drives, perform system crash recoveries, and run initial diagnostics.
• Implement physical and computer security measures, including password and privilege management.
• Provide limited software assistance for common office automation applications sourced from standard Air Force contracts.
• Maintain system compliance with AFNOSC directives and install required Technical Compliance NOTAM security patches.
• Administer video‑teleconference suites, isolate and repair network and computer malfunctions, and configure hardware/software.
• Act as primary IT Equipment Custodian, ensuring compliance with AFI 23‑101.
• Serve as TEMPEST Monitor, enforcing emissions‑security requirements per DoDD 8100.02.
• Train unit personnel on secure voice communications equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Experience supporting Air Force or similar defense IT environments.
• Familiarity with DoDD 8570.01M, AFI 23‑101 and DoDD 8100.02 guidelines.
