Cloud Solution Architect – Microsoft Technologies

About the role
Penta Consulting is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to join a leading client in Kuwait. You will work directly with premier enterprise customers, delivering proactive services and technical guidance across Microsoft cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site and remote education workshops and training sessions for customers.
- Conduct technical assessments and deliver expert guidance on Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security.
- Collaborate with customers to design, implement, and optimize solutions within the M365 ecosystem.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support on‑site deliveries and knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange (both on‑premise and Exchange Online).
- Hands‑on experience migrating and managing identities in Azure Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Strong background in Microsoft security solutions.
- Deep familiarity with the broader M365 ecosystem.
