Cluster Income Auditor

About the role

The Cluster Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all revenue generated across rooms, food & beverage, and other operating departments is accurately captured, recorded, and reported. Working closely with front‑office and F&B teams, you will safeguard revenue integrity and support month‑end financial close.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and verify daily revenue transactions across all operating departments.
• Review and validate adjustments, rebates, paid‑outs, and voids in line with IHG policies.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report on time.
• Reconcile postings between the Property Management System (PMS), Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies, maintain audit trails, and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor cash collections, credit card transactions, city ledger postings, and complimentary transactions.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve variances.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to prevent revenue leakage.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of hotel revenue cycles and financial controls.
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly.

Required skills

• Experience with Property Management System (PMS).
• Experience with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
