About the role
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join the procurement team of a prestigious five‑star hotel in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role focuses on managing food and beverage purchasing, ensuring seamless daily operations and strong vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily purchasing activities for the hotel’s food and beverage department.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with operational needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage purchasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle vendor management and daily procurement tasks efficiently.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
