About the role
The Colleagues Facilities Attendant ensures that employees living in company‑provided accommodation enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and a sense of community within the housing facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare accommodation units for new arrivals and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist colleagues with accommodation‑related inquiries and maintain accurate records of assignments and check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections, support security measures, and promote community spirit among residents.
- Follow hygiene, environmental, health, and safety protocols while operating in an environmentally friendly manner.

- Ability to work safely and follow company environmental, health, and safety procedures.
