Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance team with global financial support, data analysis and reporting on live projects.
• Support HR initiatives, contribute to recruitment and talent development projects across the business.
• Work on Supply Chain tasks such as procurement, logistics, material management and warehouse coordination.
• Rotate through different functions to understand how a global organization manages its business and finances.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program relevant to the chosen track (Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to take on complex, real‑world challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
