Commercial Project Manager

About the role

As a Commercial Project Manager at Deliveroo, you will drive local growth by leading high‑impact commercial projects and using data‑driven insights to refine the Consumer Value Proposition. You will act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic commercial projects, from planning through post‑implementation review.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, serving as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management.
• Use data and analysis to optimise the Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability and customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Own reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing evidence‑based insights for decision‑making.
• Execute local roll‑outs of cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in project management or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes.
• Pragmatic problem‑solver comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling.
• Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG or consulting is highly desirable.
