Commission-Based Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are expanding our sales team for Waves Printing Press and are seeking six commission‑based Sales Executives to work remotely. You will receive a steady flow of qualified leads each week and will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting our printing services, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
• Present product offerings and negotiate terms to secure sales.
• Track interactions and update client information in the company’s system.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on the profit of each closed deal.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably with cold‑calling or tele‑prospecting.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without fixed working hours.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle sales calls and manage objections.
