Commission-Based Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

Waves Printing Press is expanding its sales force and seeks six motivated individuals to join a commission‑based sales team. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from home with flexible hours while promoting the company’s printing services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive a set of qualified leads each week and initiate cold‑calling outreach.
• Present printing solutions to potential clients and negotiate terms.
• Close sales and earn commission based on the profit generated by each deal.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and proficient in English (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably with cold‑calling or tele‑sales.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without fixed working hours.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
