A skilled and creative Content Creator specializing in videos, reels and photography is sought to develop engaging and innovative visual content for the organization, its brands and its clients. Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality video, reel and photographic content aligned with brand identity and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and other stakeholders on content requirements, objectives and target audiences.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms and industry innovations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style and aesthetic across all content.
• Shoot and edit videos, reels and photographs with high production value.
• Manage the content process from ideation to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats, optimizing reach and impact.
• Work with graphic designers and marketing specialists on integrated content campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator specializing in videos, reels and photography.
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work outside regular office hours when needed.
• Familiarity with the industry and target audience is an advantage; a portfolio of previous work is requested.
