Marketing Manager - Beauty & Wellness Brands

About the role

La Plus Belle Co., Kuwait's leading beauty and wellness group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for its brands, La Plus Belle Beauty Center and Bel Elan Studio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive sales.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing and content creation.
• Plan and manage events, promotions and brand activations.
• Work with salon and spa teams on customer engagement and loyalty programs.
• Conduct market research on trends, customer needs and competitors.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines and resources.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and coordinate with external agencies, influencers and partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness or retail.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at once.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and branding.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and leadership skills.
