Creative Associate

About the role

As a Creative Associate at Bricks, you will transform client objectives into compelling visual experiences, guiding projects from concept through production. You’ll collaborate closely with account, production, and creative teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research brands, industries, audiences, competitors, trends, and cultural insights to inform creative direction.
• Interpret client briefs and develop concepts aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Create presentations, mood boards, visual references, and storyboards that clearly communicate ideas.
• Produce detailed production plans including shot lists, styling references, props, casting, wardrobe, makeup, and budget breakdowns.
• Lead creative execution throughout planning and production, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Participate in indoor and outdoor shoots, overseeing styling of products, food, sets, models, and overall visual composition.
• Collaborate with account executives, production teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review creative outputs, provide feedback, and stay ahead of design, content, social media, and marketing trends.

Required profile

• Naturally curious and creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of branding, content creation, social media, and visual communication.
• Excellent planning, organization, and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; able to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to work extended hours when production schedules require it.
• Passion for creating meaningful work and continuously pushing creative boundaries.
