Customer Service Representative

About the role

Family Holding Company is a premium cleaning firm serving high‑end residential and commercial clients in Kuwait. They are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to messages across all channels promptly and professionally.
• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare and send service quotations to clients.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the booking calendar.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow up with clients before and after appointments.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and handle all requests end‑to‑end.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, requests, and schedules.
• Track pending follow‑ups and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, calm, and client‑focused at all times.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Required skills

• Comfortable using phones, WhatsApp, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to prepare clear and professional quotations.
