About the role
SOS HR Solutions is hiring a full-time Call Center Agent in Al Kuwait. The agent handles customer calls, answers enquiries and resolves complaints while meeting daily and monthly call-handling and customer service targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and give accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Meet daily and monthly call handling and customer service targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Required skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
