Customer Success Account Manager Internship – Kuwait Nationalization

About the role

This six‑month paid internship is designed for Kuwaiti nationals who want to launch a career in customer success and digital transformation. As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) intern, you will combine technical training with real‑world project work, supporting Microsoft teams and customers across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research customers’ industry trends, publications and business processes to build a solid understanding of their needs.
• Shadow senior CSAMs and participate in on‑the‑job training, providing support for digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Attend mentorship and coaching sessions to develop professional and technical competencies.
• Engage in advanced technology trainings covering AI, Machine Learning and Cloud Computing.

Required profile

• Kuwaiti national, currently studying or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in technology, customer success and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn and apply Microsoft solutions.
