Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead AI adoption for large enterprise and government customers in Kuwait. You will run workshops, identify real‑world Copilot use cases and ensure the technology is actually used after deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot workshops to executives, end users and whole departments.
• Identify practical Copilot use cases across marketing, operations, HR and support.
• Map current customer processes and design improved workflows with Copilot.
• Train and support users to achieve genuine adoption.
• Guide customers through change‑management and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer success, consulting or business analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot, preferably delivering training or workshops.
• Fluent in Arabic and English and based in Kuwait.
• Technical or engineering degree is a plus.
