About the role
We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Assistant to support our workshop and store operations in Kuwait. The role involves handling material records, maintaining inventory data, and preparing reports to ensure smooth project site logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Record material receiving and issuing transactions.
- Update inventory and stock levels regularly.
- Enter and maintain documentation in company databases.
- Track material movements for various project sites.
- Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Excel.
Required profile
- Proficient computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
- Prior experience in data entry or store operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
