Data Entry Operator

About the role

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering carton production, barcode and warehouse data into the company’s ERP system. The role supports accurate recording of production transactions to ensure smooth operational flow and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Enter daily data for printed and empty carton pallets into the warehouse system.
• Record all production and warehouse transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Generate and enter barcode data for cartons, ice‑cream labels and promotional labels.
• Verify and cross‑check entries against source documents for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of system entries and related documentation.
• Support store data entry activities, including stock and material movements.
• Prepare basic daily reports related to production and system entries.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of data‑entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
