About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of delivery riders in Kuwait City. The role involves overseeing high‑volume daily logistics operations and ensuring that performance standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of delivery riders.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to maintain peak efficiency.
• Handle rider scheduling, issue resolution, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a logistics or rider‑management role.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high performance levels.
