Delivery Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor to lead our rider team in Kuwait, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a large team of delivery riders across assigned zones.
• Monitor daily shifts, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Ensure riders meet order targets and adhere to company policies.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery platforms to resolve operational issues.
• Handle rider complaints and provide daily problem‑solving support.
• Prepare and present daily performance reports.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in delivery or logistics supervision (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a large rider team.
• Flexible schedule with 10‑hour shifts and weekly days off.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis.
