Demand Planner / Stock Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner / Stock Controller to join our fast‑paced retail environment. In this role you will combine forecasting, planning and execution to ensure product availability while optimizing stock efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends and business insights.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise overstock and stockouts.
• Plan and manage replenishment cycles in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyse sales performance, seasonality and market behaviour to continuously refine forecasts.
• Implement and improve stock control processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with operations, finance and commercial teams to support overall planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or inventory/stock control.
• Strong experience in forecasting and demand planning.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a large number of SKUs.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
