Deployment Officer

About the role

Bede, a Zain Group joint‑venture fintech company, is looking for a Deployment Officer to lead the on‑site and remote rollout of merchant and wallet services. You will configure POS devices, merchant portals and wallet applications, and train merchants and agents to use them effectively across Android, iOS and Windows platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Visit merchant locations and fintech agents to install and activate services.
• Configure and deploy POS devices, merchant portals and wallet applications.
• Provide comprehensive training and technical support to merchants and agents.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and support teams to maintain stable, secure service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of fintech services and related hardware.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
• High‑school graduate with strong computer and smart‑device literacy.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑support experience in fintech, financial institutions or related fields.
