About the role
The Direct Sales Agent will focus on achieving daily sales targets by generating and converting leads, both inside and outside the office. The role involves handling subscriptions, cash sales, and ensuring high revenue through proactive customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve NS, RR and cash sales targets in line with company policy.
- Explain subscription details, offers and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Encourage customers to make cash advances and purchase high‑value packages and devices.
- Activate all subscriptions within the same month and avoid carry‑over to subsequent months.
- Assist existing customers with outstanding payments by sending payment links.
- Verify customers' subscription history to prevent errors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or customer service.
