About the role

As the Food & Beverage Director at Hilton, you will lead all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations, shaping the guest experience through high‑quality service, innovative culinary offerings, and strategic business management. You will be responsible for driving profitability while upholding the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the F&B operational strategy to maximise guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Control food, beverage and labour costs while identifying revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Build and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, development and recognition programmes.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
