Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function in a dynamic financial services environment. The Director will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, business performance analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
• Oversee financial analysis, profitability reporting, and performance monitoring
• Supervise statutory financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS, CMA, and Central Bank requirements
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and financial controls
• Support Board-level reporting, dashboards, and strategic decision‑making
• Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting efficiency initiatives
• Monitor investment performance, financial models, and key business indicators
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 12–15+ years of finance experience within financial services, banking, or investment companies
• Strong experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
• Experience within investment companies or CMA‑regulated entities preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modeling, and analytical reporting
• CPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA certifications preferred
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
