Door Attendant – Guest Services

About the role
The Door Attendant is the first point of contact for guests arriving at the hotel. You will create a welcoming first impression and support guests throughout their stay by providing courteous assistance and reliable transportation services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Maintain regular contact with returning guests and visitors.
- Park guest vehicles on hotel premises and provide driving services as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles.
- Stay informed about hotel services, VIPs, special events, and local attractions.
- Adhere to Hilton brand standards and uphold a professional, hospitality‑focused demeanor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel, leisure, or retail environments.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
- Meticulous personal presentation and strong communication abilities.
- Calm, courteous and discreet demeanor.
- Good knowledge of the local area and country (preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
