Electrical & ELV Engineer – Kuwait Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers and ELV Engineers to join our team for industrial and Oil & Gas projects across Kuwait. The role combines technical design, installation, and maintenance with business development and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical and ELV projects, preparing proposals, quotations and BOQs.
• Design, supervise and execute electrical installations, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting for industrial facilities, oil rigs and commercial sites.
• Design, install, configure and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Data & Networking and PA/BGM.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and Kuwaiti regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support tendering activities, estimation, pricing and negotiation to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait, preferably in Oil & Gas, industrial, commercial or construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with business development and client handling capabilities.
