Electrical Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait. The role involves supervising electrical and instrumentation activities on‑site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and international codes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical and instrumentation works on‑site.
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to approved construction practices.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure familiarity and compliance with API, ASME, and other international codes and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.

Required skills

• Knowledge of API standards.
• Knowledge of ASME standards.
• Familiarity with international electrical and instrumentation codes.
• Site supervision and inspection expertise.
• Technical submittal and drawing review.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
