Electrical Estimation Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a precision‑focused Electrical Estimation Engineer to support our trading and engineering operations in Kuwait. The role combines technical estimation, tender analysis and sales support to ensure accurate and compliant project proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse complete tender documents, project drawings and technical appendices.
• Extract item counts from project scopes and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers to verify specifications, capacities and lead times.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements and detailed proposals.
• Attend technical clarification meetings with clients to provide sales support.
• Identify and report missing critical fields or technical risks early in the bidding cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in tender estimation, technical estimation or system integration within the electrical trading or contracting sector in the Gulf.
• Strong ability to read electrical single‑line diagrams, schematic drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for direct coordination with manufacturers.
• Current residence in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).
