Engineer - Project Manager

About the role

The Engineer – Project Manager will be based on‑site in Al Asimah, Kuwait, overseeing the full life‑cycle of industrial and energy projects. This full‑time position coordinates planning, scheduling, resources and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and clients throughout the project.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and ensure compliance with contractual, technical and safety requirements.
• Supervise expediting activities, equipment inspections and logistics operations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Analyse project outcomes, identify efficiencies and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in industrial or energy sectors.
• Hands‑on expediting and inspection experience with suppliers.
• Logistics management background for transport and site support.
• Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site and collaborate in cross‑functional teams.
