About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of our Enterprise Division in Kuwait. You will expand the customer base, drive revenue, and position the organization as a trusted partner for enterprise and government clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the enterprise customer base in Kuwait.
- Drive revenue with a focus on 70% SME business and 30% government/large‑scale tenders.
- Identify opportunities across data centres, telecom, ICT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and manage high‑level client relationships, lead solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Lead participation in major government and enterprise tenders (e.g., KPC, KOC, MEW, MOI) and coordinate technical and commercial submissions.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and ensure accurate reporting via CRM.
- Engage with global vendors and distributors to develop strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales, finance and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or account management.
- Strong background in ICT, telecom, data‑centre or energy‑related solutions.
- Proven track record managing SME accounts and tender‑based business.
- Hands‑on experience working with global technology vendors.
- Solid understanding of the Kuwait market, including tendering processes and key government entities.
