Enterprise Manager – Enterprise, ICT & Data Center

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Manager to drive the growth of our Enterprise, ICT, and Data Center portfolio in Kuwait. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, and revenue generation across key sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Enterprise and Data Center portfolio, promoting solutions from Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft, and others.
• Build and maintain relationships with government ministries, oil & gas companies, telecom operators, and private sector clients.
• Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare account plans, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Support and oversee tender participation and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of Enterprise Sales / Business Development experience.
• Strong exposure to the Kuwait market.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft solutions.
• Experience with Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, ELV, and Data Center solutions.
