ERP Applications Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Lead to drive the implementation, optimisation, and functional management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The role focuses on Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, and Project Accounting modules, ensuring the system meets business needs and supports continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, from design to go‑live.
• Configure and optimise Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Project Accounting processes.
• Manage multi‑company and multi‑currency environments.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Utilise Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management and upgrades.
• Integrate D365 F&O with Power Platform and external APIs.
• Collaborate with business users, implementation partners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three full‑lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, and Project Accounting.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
