Experienced Driller – 3000HP Land Rigs (Onshore)

About the role

We are looking for skilled Drillers with experience operating 3000HP deep‑drilling land rigs for a client in Kuwait. The role involves managing all drilling operations on an onshore rig while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and oversee drilling equipment such as drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems.
• Monitor drilling parameters, adjust settings, and troubleshoot to optimise performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and report any incidents.
• Collaborate with assistant drillers, derrickhands, and roughnecks to ensure smooth rig operations.
• Prepare daily drilling reports and keep accurate records of equipment maintenance.
• Identify maintenance needs promptly and assist in training junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Driller on 3000HP or larger deep‑drilling land rigs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational drilling training preferred.
• Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to lead by example.
