Experienced Sales Executives – Travel & Tourism

About the role

A leading travel and tourism company in Kuwait is looking for dynamic Sales Executives to promote hotel bookings and design tour packages for both individual and corporate clients. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for travel and tourism services.
• Develop and present customized tour packages and hotel booking solutions.
• Negotiate rates and terms with hotels and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in travel and tourism sales.
• Strong knowledge of hotel bookings and tour package design.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
