Export Sales Executive – Refrigerant Gases

About the role

The Export Sales Executive will develop refrigerant gas sales outside Kuwait, attract new international customers and manage the full export process from order confirmation to payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new export markets and international business opportunities.
• Attract and build relationships with customers, distributors and agents outside Kuwait.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Follow up orders through shipment, delivery and payment collection.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, Shipping and Customs Clearance departments.
• Prepare and review export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for exporting, transporting and storing refrigerant gases.
• Monitor market prices, competitors and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and participate in international exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Previous experience in international sales and export operations, preferably with refrigerant gases, chemicals or industrial products.
• Good knowledge of shipping procedures and export documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑acquisition skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
