Female Retail Sales Consultant – Jewelry

About the role

We are looking for a motivated female Sales Consultant to join our jewelry store in Kuwait. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover the brand’s offerings and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable product options.
• Prepare estimates, complete sales transactions, and achieve category‑wise sales targets.
• Handle sales returns, repairs, and customer queries in line with company guidelines.
• Follow store SOPs, manage daily stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and secure merchandise at closing.
• Monitor dead stock and collaborate with the store manager to minimise losses.
• Support marketing, visual merchandising, and IRSG teams to improve footfall and store compliance.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to corporate teams to enhance satisfaction and store ratings.

Required profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail for inventory and visual standards.
