About the role
We are looking for a female training staff member to join Brillianz Institute in Mangaf, Kuwait. The position is full‑time and offers an entry‑level opportunity for individuals with a bachelor’s degree who are eager to start a career in education and training.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions to institute participants according to the curriculum.
- Prepare and adapt training materials and visual aids.
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Coordinate with senior trainers and administrative staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
