About the role
The Officer – Student Life provides administrative and clerical support while assisting in the development and coordination of student programs and campus activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure smooth operations and high‑level administrative support.
- Undertake special projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collect and prepare background documents and follow university rules and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing educational and social student programs, identifying student needs through surveys and meetings.
- Promote student involvement and coordinate campus events, exhibitions, and scheduling.
- Perform other duties as required by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media management and content creation.
- Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly developed organizational and time‑management abilities.
