FGFD Sales Manager – Kuwait

About the role

MSA Safety is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead the growth of its FGFD product portfolio in Kuwait. The role focuses on expanding market share, nurturing the installed base, and managing a network of channel partners across the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for FGFD products throughout Kuwait.
• Protect and grow the existing installed‑base footprint.
• Manage and expand the FGFD channel‑partner network, coordinating with end users, EPCs, system integrators, service providers and package vendors.
• Create and execute short‑term and long‑term sales plans to increase market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in gas and flame detection solutions.
• Proven track record selling to the oil and gas industry, including end users, EPCs and integrators.
• Experience managing channel‑partner relationships and business development.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Degree or studies in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with a technical background.
