Finance & Admin Officer (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Finance & Admin Officer to manage the company’s financial and administrative operations in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role combines core accounting duties with office administration to ensure smooth daily business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and financial transactions, including invoices, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic reports.
• Manage office administration, filing systems and coordinate with suppliers, clients and service providers.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and provide basic HR support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support management with various administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance and administration roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in VAT filing and financial reporting is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
