About the role
The Finance Business Partner will manage end‑to‑end transaction flows at the country level and conduct business performance analysis. The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, strong communication, and the ability to own processes from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and manage channel finance, covering contract signing, shipment, invoicing and payment collection, and analyse channel performance.
- Oversee operational assets finance, including customer bank guarantees and regular coordination with customer finance teams for timely payments.
- Develop deep knowledge of country business operations, regularly review performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- Professional‑level proficiency in Chinese.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to own and manage end‑to‑end processes.
