Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic business planning. The role works closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight that drives operational and growth decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance department and oversee daily financial operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage internal and external audit activities.
• Develop financial controls and risk‑management processes.
• Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions.
• Supervise finance team performance and professional development.
• Present financial performance reports to senior management.
• Support strategic planning and investment evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA (preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
