About the role
The Internal Audit Supervisor conducts audits of assigned functions, identifies risk areas, and provides recommendations to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Identify risk areas based on past audit reports and function understanding.
- Survey functions and activities to assess operations and control adequacy.
- Participate in defining audit direction, preparing audit programs, and selecting audit procedures.
- Perform audit operations, collect and analyze evidentiary data, and ensure adherence to approved audit programs.
- Prepare audit reports, discuss deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Present findings to management, prepare special reports on system effectiveness, and evaluate corrective actions.
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in internal audit or related fields.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
